A Swedish relaxation massage with Basalt River stones that are kept between 115-125 degrees. These stones will maintain their heat and will not burn on contact. The warmth from the stone helps relax muscles and allows the therapist to work the deeper muscles. Hot stones can benefit individuals with anxiety, back pain and depression.

Deep Tissue

Deep tissue is similar to relaxation but with deeper pressure which is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layer of muscle tissue.

Lymphatic Massage (30 minutes)

Lymphatic drainage is a technique designed to stimulate the flow of lymph. This technique helps push fluids through your lymphatic system which reduces inflammation, removes toxins and waste as well as reduces swelling.
